Our client, a well-established insurance agency located in Lexington, MA is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to join their team ASAP. This role focuses on delivering personalized service, managing policy changes, and supporting clients with their coverage needs. The ideal candidate will value professionalism, attention to detail, and relationship-driven service.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Provide exceptional service and support to new and existing clients
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options clearly
• Process policy changes, renewals, rewrites, and billing inquiries
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent client support
• Maintain licensing requirements through continuing education

Qualifications

Needed:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C;) license preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with insurance systems, software, and digital tools
