Lerner Enterprises, a leading private real estate developer in the Greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area since 1952, is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Parc Dulles in Dulles, Virginia.

What You'll Do

:

• Engage and build rapport with prospective residents via phone, email, and inperson tours
• Lease and show apartment homes while delivering a bestinclass resident experience
• Meet or exceed leasing goals to achieve budgeted occupancy
• Convert leads, close leases, and encourage immediate moveins
• Ensure lead management and leasing systems comply with Fair Housing and company standards
• Administer lease paperwork for applications, moveins, and moveouts
• Support resident retention initiatives and respond to resident inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and local amenities
• Assist with outreach efforts, market surveys, and competitive shopping as assigned What We're Looking For:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent certifications preferred (not required)
• Prior experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to walk and drive the property daily to conduct tours Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
