Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work closely with our finance department to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
