Base pay plus bonuses for every appointment that shows. WHO WE WANT We are not looking for someone to answer phones. We are looking for a hunter. You talk fast, you think faster, and you treat every internet lead like money on the table. You will be the first voice our customers hear, and your one job is to get them in the door. WHAT YOU WILL DO Call internet leads within minutes of them coming in Follow up relentlessly by phone and text until you get an answer Set appointments and confirm them so customers actually show up Rebook no shows without hesitation Hit daily call targets and weekly appointment goals Compete on the leaderboard and win WHAT YOU BRING Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written An outgoing personality that comes through on the phone Zero fear of making 100 plus calls a day Persistence: you hear maybe later and you call back tomorrow Reliable, on time, coachable Call center, sales, retail, or restaurant experience is a plus, but attitude beats resume WHAT YOU GET Base pay + hour plus appointment show bonuses, realistic total earnings [55k to 90k] per year Clear path from BDC to the sales floor if you want it Full training on our systems, scripts, and follow up process A fast paced team that celebrates wins daily SCHEDULE Full time, on site at our La Puente location Weekend availability required HOW TO APPLY Apply with your resume and one sentence telling us why you are not afraid of the phone.
