What You'll Do

:

• Welcome guests, check them in/out, and manage schedules using booking software
• Educate clients about massage, skin care, wellness memberships, and service upgrades
• Promote memberships, enhancements, and retail products
• Process payments, manage memberships, and keep accurate records
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and support smooth clinic operations
• Collaborate with service providers to deliver a consistent 5-star client experience

Compensation

:

• Base Pay: $18$20/hour based on experience
• Commission: Earn additional pay for each membership and product sale
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives paid monthly
• Average Total

: $23$27/hour including base + bonuses + commissions
