Leasing Consultant Multifamily Property Management | Residential Leasing | Location: Smyrna, GA Pay: $21.00$23.00/hour + Leasing Commissions Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating schedule, including some weekends Our client is a well-established residential property management company committed to providing exceptional living experiences for its residents. What you get to do:

• Tour prospective residents and close new leases.
• Build relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Process lease applications and renewal paperwork.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate resident events and community marketing efforts.
• Maintain model units, common areas, and leasing office presentation.
• Submit maintenance requests and assist with administrative duties. What you need to succeed:
• 23 years of residential leasing experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to close leases and achieve leasing goals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work rotating weekends. What's in it for you:
