Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
• Process transactions efficiently using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques
• Provide detailed information about store offerings, including retail math calculations for discounts or promotions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, cash drawer balances, and transaction logs using 10 key typing skills
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high-quality customer service at all times
• Assist in inventory management by organizing merchandise and conducting stock checks as needed Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential
• Basic math skills including retail math and cash handling are necessary for accurate transaction processing
• Ability to perform 10 key typing quickly and accurately to support transaction documentation
