Full time for Knoxville Apartment community-Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent with 3 yrs minimum experience in the apartment industry. . strong tenant relations skills/interacts with public well . Answer phone, general office duties, service oriented, dependable, reliable, . Familiar with Fair Housing Law & Landlord Tenant Statutes . Computer experience in Microsoft applications. . Show apartments to rent, ability to calculate rents, contact tenants behind on paying . Take and follow up on maintenance request work orders . Extra benefits are Monthly Leasing bonus's/PTO/health & dental/ 401K/10-holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
