• Flexible schedule Community Liaison - Home Care (Business Development) Assisting Hands Home Care is one of the fastest growing home care agencies in Polk and Highlands Counties, and we are looking for a Community Liaison to grow it further. This is a relationship-driven sales role. You will be out in the community every day, building trust with the people who refer home care and turning those relationships into new clients. • Build and grow referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, care managers, social workers, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, and elder care attorneys
• Get in front of new and existing referral sources every week and turn those visits into actual client referrals (target is roughly 20 to 25 accounts a week)
• Follow up consistently and log contact and visit information in our CRM
• At times, meet with prospective clients and their families, show them how we help, and get them started
• Represent Assisting Hands at industry nights, health fairs, and community events
• Work closely with the office team on intakes and hand-offs so new clients feel taken care of from day one What we're looking for

• You are self-motivated and accountable to your numbers without being chased
• You follow through, on the relationship and on the documentation
• You can manage your own schedule, work independently, and stay organized
• You are comfortable being the face of our agency in the community Required
• 3+ years in sales, business development, or referral marketing
• Valid Florida driver's license and a reliable vehicle for daily field work across Polk and Highlands counties
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable using a CRM and basic office software Preferred
• Existing referral relationships in Polk or Highlands counties
• Home care, home health, hospice, or senior living experience

Compensation

and benefits

• Base salary plus commission and quarterly performance bonuses
• Base range of $48,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on the compensation plan that fits you best
• Total earnings can be significantly higher than posted here with commission opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement, 15 days paid time off, and health insurance eligibility Schedule and location Full-time based out of our Polk County office and covering Polk and Highlands counties.
