JT Solution Partners is looking for a full-time apartment leasing consultant to work at an amazing community. Job requirements - Tour apartment units with potential residents. - Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations - Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files - Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities - Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties - Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office - Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year in customer service and sales. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start as soon as possible.
