Key Responsibilities

: Respond to tenant inquiries and schedule property showings. Assist with marketing and leasing available rental properties. Take high-quality photos of units and create engaging listings for online marketing. Promote available properties through social media, rental websites, and other marketing channels. Work closely with our team to support daily leasing operations. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections. Communicate with tenants about property visits and leasing details.

Qualifications

: BS or Associates Degree Preferred No prior experience required we're looking for someone eager to learn! Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to problem-solve and stay organized. Works well in a team environment. Basic photography skills for capturing unit images. Marketing skills or experience with social media and online listings is a plus. Valid driver's license and insurance required for property visits.
