Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Exterior Window Cleaning) Company: Southern Shine Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC Southern Shine is a locally owned exterior window cleaning company based in Mt. Pleasant, SC, serving homeowners with professional, high-quality cleaning services. We focus on genuine conversations, community relationships, and respectful service as a small local business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, being outdoors, and working in a chill but productive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods to generate new customers for our exterior window cleaning services.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, respectful conversations about what we offer and how our service benefits their home.
• Learn the basics of how our cleaning equipment and process work so you can confidently explain the service you are selling.
• Represent Southern Shine with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a focus on customer respect at all times.
• Work with your teammates and owners to keep daily momentum going and hit activity goals. What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Previous sales or door-to-door experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to assigned neighborhoods and meeting points consistently.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking with homeowners.
• Ability to maintain a respectful and professional attitude at all times, even when facing rejection or tough conversations.
• Willingness to learn and improve sales and communication skills through training and on-the-job experience.
