Assisting the Management in running all aspects of our apartment community! We're looking for a driven assistant to help with some of the tasks required to successfully run a great property. The main focus will be on leasing apartments. Job duties will include:

• Creating advertising
• Marketing vacant units
• Screening candidates
• Showing units, highlighting the key amenities and features
• Following up with leads Experience in Apartment management, either as assistant or leasing agent is essential. Previous sales experience is a huge asset. The successful candidate will be a team player, will be driven to learn more and succeed in their role, and have a strength in people and communication skills. We are a small, privately family owned investment and property management company, so we take a hands on approach to ensure proper training, guidance, and support. An on-site apartment can be made available for the successful candidate, if desired. We position is currently open and we are looking to hire once the successful candidate is identified.
