Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly.
• Provide expert advice on plant identification, horticulture practices, floral design techniques, and garden care to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for cashiering and cash handling transactions while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising and inventory management.
• Support store organization by managing stocking duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
• Assist customers with e-commerce orders or inquiries related to online shopping platforms.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience while demonstrating excellent organizational skills. Experience
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math will help you succeed in this role.
• Strong communication skills combined with organizational skills will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise while sharing their love of outdoor living! Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
