Retail Sales Manager Cricket Wireless Job Type: Full-Time Company: Rymco LLC (Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless) Earn up to $20/hour base + commissions (up to $27/hour) + up to $1,500/month in store performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English(Required)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours: MondaySaturday: 9 AM8 PM Sunday: 12 PM5 PM (hours subject to change) Ideal Candidate Is:
