Job Summary

We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing Agent for our apartment community. This position supports the Property Manager with completion of day-to-day activities in the Company's best interest to ensure the property is rented to the fullest capacity. The ideal candidate will have previous leasing experience working in a multi-family apartment community, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. This position may be asked to work at other properties in the local area when coverage is needed. Employees are eligible for a productivity bonus of $25 - $150 per paycheck.

Responsibilities

may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing available units each morning for showings.
• Answering the phones.
• Assisting prospects and current residents with questions/concerns.
• Completing leasing paperwork, posting notices.
• Entering resident information into the system.
• All employees at the property are responsible for maintaining the safe and clean appearance of our property, grounds, units, pool and laundry facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug test post offer.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be available to work week-end rotation and overtime as needed.
• Able to take initiative and work productively with minimal supervision.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook necessary
• Leasing Agent experience
• RealPage/OneSite experience is a plus
• May be required to use personal vehicle for business use, therefore, must provide and maintain a valid and appropriate state driver's license and auto insurance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
