About Us

JCI Envoka Group is a fast-growing electronics recycling and IT asset recovery (ITAD) company based in Los Angeles, working with R2-certified partners, recyclers, and enterprise clients across the United States. Our focus is on responsible recycling, data security, and building long-term partnerships in the electronics lifecycle industry. Position

Overview

This role combines sourcing, account management, and business development. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with recycling companies, data centers, and corporate clients. You will be responsible for sourcing electronic materials, managing accounts, and supporting business growth through strategic partnerships not just transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with R2-certified recyclers and industry partners
• Source and purchase electronic materials (e-waste, IT assets, servers, etc.)
• Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and logistics coordination
• Work closely with internal operations and logistics teams
• Conduct occasional on-site visits (within CA or nationwide if needed)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, procurement, or related fields
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term business relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Experience in electronics recycling, ITAD, or related industries is a plus
• Bilingual (English / Chinese) is perferred
