Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven dynamic individuals to join our team!! This role is responsible for generating leads, sales and building client and community relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others in a time of need with a service mindset.

Duties

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct inspections/consultations to assess the clients needs and present tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on products, processes and the solutions you have for them.
• Prepare and present estimates, contracts, and financing options to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to secure future business.
• Collaborate with managers and to ensure company and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in door to door sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with heights and light field-based work.
• Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, and windows is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
