About the Role

We're a high performing State Farm agency in North Ridgeville, Ohio actively expanding and we're looking for a driven Account Manager to grow with us. This is a hybrid sales and service role where your income is genuinely uncapped and your effort directly determines your result. You'll manage an existing book of clients, round accounts, and write new business. This isn't a passive role you'll be building your own referral network, doing outbound prospecting, and working warm leads from the agency pipeline. If you like to hunt and want to be paid well for it, this is the platform.

What You'll Do
