Medicare Sales Agent Licensed

Compensation

: Commission-Based (High Earning Potential) + Base Salary $100,000+ potential for top performers. -

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, driven, and coachable individuals to join our team as Medicare Sales Agents. Whether you're experienced or newly licensed, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career helping seniors navigate their healthcare options while earning strong commissions. -

What You'll Do

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans
• Conduct phone consultations and/or in-person appointments
• Close deals with intention and genuine care
• Follow up with leads and provide excellent client service
• Stay up to date with Medicare guidelines and plan options -

Requirements

• Active Health & Life Insurance License 2.15 or just Health Insurance License 2.40.
• NPN
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Basic tech skills (CRM, phone, email) - What We Offer
