Key Responsibilities

• Patient Experience & Greeting: Warmly welcome patients, manage front-desk flow, answer phones, and handle patient check-ins using POS software.
• Sales & Growth: Confidently present, educate, and sell membership plans and visit packages to new and returning patients to help meet clinic targets.
• Member Retention: Re-engage inactive members, answer inquiries, and ensure accurate, current patient records.
• Clinic Operations: Maintain a clean, pristine, and welcoming reception area.
• Marketing & Support: Assist with local clinic marketing opportunities and community outreach efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with chiropractors and staff to deliver a world-class, cohesive patient experience. What We're Looking For (

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience: 12+ years in retail sales, customer service, office management, or marketing preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with computers, phone systems, and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Personality: Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and empathetic with strong communication skills.
• Multitasker: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
