Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team at The Pines of Wilmington. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping prospective residents find their new home. Essential

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in, including marketing, property tours, application processing, and lease execution.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct engaging community tours and showcase apartment features and amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong resident and applicant relationships.
• Prepare leases and maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
• Monitor occupancy levels and assist in achieving leasing goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Assist with resident events, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred.
