Next Horizon is seeking an AT&T; Sales Associate to join our AT&T; Fiber campaign. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to gain valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development. As an AT&T; Sales Associate, you'll learn how to build customer relationships, identify needs, and present solutions that help customers make informed decisions. No previous sales experience is required; we provide the training and support needed for success.

Responsibilities

of an AT &T; Sales Associate

• Engage with customers to promote AT&T; Fiber services and explain available products and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend internet solutions that best fit their household or business requirements.
• Guide customers through the enrollment, account setup, and activation process while delivering excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up support.
• Accurately track customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
