Since our founding, we've built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process with confidence. We're growing fast and we're looking for a Roofing Sales Manager to help lead that growth.

About the Role

Omega Exteriors is seeking an experienced, results-driven Roofing Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential roofing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from first estimate to final walkthrough. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, storm-restoration- driven sales environment and wants to build a career not just close deals.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train a team of roofing sales representatives
• Set and manage sales goals, quotas, and KPIs; track performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
• Lead sales meetings and ongoing training on product knowledge, the insurance claims process, and consultative selling techniques
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, canvassing, and storm-damage response
• Ride along with reps in the field to support closing, mentor technique, and model best practices
• Partner with production and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
• Monitor market and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in the company CRM
• Uphold Omega Exteriors' standards for integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of sales experience in roofing, exteriors, or a related home-services industry
• 1+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring a sales team preferred
• Strong understanding of storm damage restoration and the insurance claims process
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable with CRM software and basic sales reporting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally throughout the Minnesota service area What We Offer
