Earn Based on Your Effort. We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Independent Sales Associates. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, giving you the flexibility to control your own schedule and earnings while representing a growing auto hail repair company. What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with vehicle owners in hail-affected areas
• Explain how our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) process restores vehicles after hail damage
• Help customers get started with the repair process
• Set your own pace while working toward personal earning goals What This Offers

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to work outdoors and travel locally as needed
