We're growing rapidly throughout Minnesota and are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Roofing Division as Exterior Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, talking with people, and creating opportunities through persistence and consistency. Your day will include:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships
• Growing the Minnesota market
• Prospecting through networking and outreach
• Supporting clients and partners
• Following up with leads and maintaining strong client communication
• Representing 24Restore with professionalism and integrity
• Working closely with the production team to ensure an outstanding customer experience

What You Bring

• Sales, customer service, marketing, or relationship-building experience preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with business to business prospecting and face-to-face conversations
• Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule
• Positive attitude with a "whatever it takes" mentality
• Driven to achieve goals and earn uncapped commissions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, roofing, construction, home improvement, hospitality, recruiting, real estate, insurance, retail, or athletics are encouraged to apply.
