Education, safety, and great service aren't just buzzwords herethey're the standard. The Role We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, stays cool under pressure, and knows (or is eager to learn) the ins and outs of firearms, accessories, and compliance. If you like talking gear and believe customer service should be as solid as a steel-frame pistol, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with firearm, ammunition, and accessory purchases
• Provide knowledgeable, respectful guidance to both new and experienced customers
• Ensure all sales comply with federal, state, and local firearm laws
• Complete and manage required paperwork accurately (including ATF forms)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure sales floor
• Receive, stock, and inventory firearms and merchandise
• Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Firearms knowledge preferred (retail experience a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weight
