What You'll Do

• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction.
• Represent clients purchasing resale and new construction homes.
• Show properties and conduct buyer consultations.
• Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements and contracts.
• Provide expert pricing strategies and market guidance.
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding communication and customer service.
• Prospect for new business while leveraging team resources and marketing support.
• Stay current on market trends, contracts, industry changes, and Idaho real estate laws.
