Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (2-20) | On-Site Preferred | Altamonte Springs, FL | Direct Hire Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida (On-Site Preferred; Potential Remote/Hybrid Opportunity After Training) Salary: $50,000$60,000 per year Direct-Hire Join Our Client's Team as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (2-20) Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (2-20) to join their Altamonte Springs, Florida team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping individuals and businesses secure the coverage they need. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing support, writing new business, servicing existing accounts, and assisting with policy renewals and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high level of service while contributing to agency growth.

What You'll Do

as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (2-20):

• Provide service and support for existing insurance agency customers
• Quote, sell, and bind new personal and commercial insurance policies
• Actively focus on policy renewals and client retention efforts
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, and service requests
• Manage both personal and commercial lines insurance accounts
• Accurately document and update customer information within agency systems
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
• Handle customer concerns and provide prompt issue resolution
• Manage mail, documentation, and policy-related correspondence
• Perform additional administrative and client service duties as assigned Required/

Preferred Qualifications

for a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (2-20):

• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License required
• Experience servicing and selling both personal and commercial lines insurance
• HOA/COA insurance experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance rules, regulations, and coverage options
• Ability to manage high-volume phone calls and email communications
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. What is Offered as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (2-20):
