Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Create memorable, hospitality-driven experiences for every clientbefore, during, and after the sale
• Engage customers to understand their needs and make thoughtful, personalized vehicle recommendations
• Conduct test drives, vehicle demos, and full product presentations with confidence
• Follow up on leads, make outbound sales calls, and build long-term client relationships
• Upsell products and services that elevate the client experience and increase revenue
• Support inventory management and ensure vehicles are showroom-ready
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, brand features, packages, and industry trends
• Utilize multilingual skills (if applicable) to connect with our diverse customer base
