Oasis Landscapes Brevard, FL Seeking a polished landscaping professional with strong plant knowledge who wants to sell high-end projects, not cut grass.

Job Description

Oasis Landscapes is expanding in the Brevard market and hiring a Landscape Sales Consultant to run pre-set appointments and sell landscape remodels, replant projects, irrigation upgrades, and enhancements. You will meet with homeowners, evaluate freeze damage and overall landscape potential, design practical solutions, provide written estimates, and close projects. This is consultative, client-facing sales focused on higher-end installs and outdoor transformations not lawn maintenance.

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in the landscaping field - Strong knowledge of Florida plants, trees, and seasonal performance - Understanding of irrigation systems and basic drainage - Experience pricing or estimating landscape projects preferred - Professional appearance and polished communication skills - Customer-focused, reliable, and organized - Clean driver's record - Must pass background check and drug test - Valid driver's license

Compensation

- $50,000 base salary + commission - Realistic earnings: $85,000 $150,000+ - Uncapped earning potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
