Manufactured Home Sales Representative Hourly Rate: $15.00 Hours: Monday in Office 10:00AM-2:00PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Office 9:00AM- 5:00PM Saturdays are mandatory at the Display Lot 10:00AM-2:00PM Commission Bonus: 2%-5% sliding scale plus bonuses on pre qualified leads

Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mobile Home Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail sales experience , with a preference for those who have knowledge of the mobile home industry. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their needs, present our range of mobile homes, and close sales.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide information on available homes that match their requirements.
• Conduct tours of our mobile home models, highlighting features and benefits.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
• Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads to convert them into sales.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

:

• MUST BE WILLING to work Saturdays
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation and a proactive approach to sales.
• Knowledge of the mobile home industry is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience in the mobile home or real estate industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
