Overview

The Holiday Inn Orlando East UCF Area is seeking an experienced, energetic, and positive Director of Sales (DOS) to lead the Sales Department. The property is transitioning to a Crowne Plaza and prefers candidates with upscale hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Proven hotel sales track record (required)
• Upscale hotel experience preferred
• Knowledge of the UCF/East Orlando market preferred
• Prior experience with IHG systems/properties preferred
• Strong leadership, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Drive room and banquet sales
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and hotel team
• Coach, train, and mentor staff as needed
• Support management operations, including MOD duties
• Assist with guest relations and issue resolution
• Provide support across hotel operations as needed Schedule &

• Full-time position
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
• Only candidates with prior hotel sales experience will be considered
