Whether it's a roof replacement, repair, cleaning or even gutters work. We are always happy to come by and be of an assistance to homeowners who are seeking help. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Squatch Roofing is moving forward as a company to grow its marketing throughout the PNW of Washington (Primarily King and Snohomish county). We are looking for individuals that are eager to open up their roofs (metaphorically). To embrace the adventures of exploring neighborhoods in western Washington. To capitalize opportunities that are found through active listening and good questioning when engaging with homeowners through cold door to door sales. With provided paid training and all around mentorship, we need good listeners and individuals that are persistent and consistent on pursuing goals. Never slowing down to unforeseen challenges that could happen such as weather, timing, terrain, socioeconomic, residents, and the list goes on! What we need from you is an unbreakable spirit to adapt when it comes to door to door business. Newcomers are always welcomed. Please submit a polished resume.

Responsibilities

:

• Walk, knock, talk for extended periods of hours throughout the year
• Set qualified appointments
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Be proactive on being better than yesterday

Compensation

:

• Hourly Wage
• Commission Schedule:
• M-F through the whole year (summer, fall, spring, winter)
• Report to Headquarters on a daily basis to get assigned areas.
• Reliable vehicle to attend work. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
