Position Summary

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for growing sales through customer relationship development, outbound prospecting, lead generation, order processing, and providing exceptional service to contractors, installers, and commercial customers. This is not a passive order-taking position. We are looking for sales professionals who actively pursue new business opportunities, build customer loyalty, and contribute directly to the growth of the store.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound sales calls and customer outreach
• Maintain a minimum of 75 outbound sales calls per day
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, installers, and commercial customers
• Follow up on quotes, opportunities, and inactive accounts
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product recommendations and technical solutions
• Maintain customer records and sales activity in CRM systems
• Support inventory management and warehouse operations as needed
• Work closely with store management to achieve monthly sales goals
• Participate in product training and ongoing sales development
• Help create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and customer success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
