Experienced Window & Door Sales Representative Company: Stellar Pro Roofing, Inc. Location: Wilmington, NC (serving surrounding coastal communities) Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based (with high earning potential) About the Position Stellar Pro Roofing is expanding our exterior home improvement division and is looking for an experienced Window & Door Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who can generate their own business, build relationships with homeowners, accurately measure for replacement windows and doors, and confidently guide customers from the initial consultation through the sale. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants the freedom to control their income while working for a growing, locally owned company with an outstanding reputation.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, door knocking, community outreach, and other sales efforts.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss replacement window and door options.
• Perform accurate field measurements for replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Work with the operations team to ensure projects are ordered correctly and installed successfully.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes within the company CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential window and/or door sales experience.
• Experience taking precise field measurements is required.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to self-generate leads.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform exterior inspections when necessary.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus. Preferred Experience
