Digital Home Designs (DHD) is a leading home technology company specializing in AV, lighting, and shading solutions. We work with both new construction clients and existing homeowners, and our shading division is growing quickly. We are looking to bring on a dedicated Shades Sales Specialist to help drive this growth. Position

Overview

: This is a sales-focused role centered around designing and selling premium indoor and outdoor shading solutions. You will meet directly with homeowners, guide them through product selections, and create proposals using brands like Lutron, Screen Innovations, and Hunter Douglas. While you will stay involved through the install process, the primary focus of this position is sales, design, and client experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Meet with homeowners (new construction and retrofit) to discuss shading needs
• Design and sell custom window treatment solutions
• Create and present proposals
• Follow up with clients and close sales
• Coordinate with internal team on project execution
• Maintain a high level of customer experience from first meeting through completion

Qualifications

(Required):

• Previous experience in window treatments, shades, or similar sales
• Strong ability to build rapport and close sales
• Confident presenting products and solutions to homeowners
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with Lutron, Hunter Douglas, or Screen Innovations
• Background in AV, construction, or home technology
• Experience working with new construction or builders What We Offer:
