Account Executive Commercial Cleaning with Jani King Omaha Jani-King is the world's largest commercial cleaning franchise company, serving businesses through a network of over 9,000 franchise owners worldwide. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to help grow our market by developing new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning sales opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
• Meet with prospective clients to assess their cleaning needs.
• Prepare and present proposals using Jani-King's proprietary bidding system.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in our CRM.
• Support new account start-ups by partnering with the Operations team.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals. What We're Looking For
• Sales experience with strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
