• 3+ years of successful automotive sales experience (5+ preferred)
• Consistently earn repeat and referral business
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Excellent CSI scores and online reviews

• A true team player who enjoys helping others succeed
• Love selling quality pre-owned vehicles

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and showroom leads
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and prospecting
