• Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship development
• Becoming a trusted advisor to commercial property owners and facility managers
• Conducting roof assessments and identifying solutions that help customers protect their assets
• Presenting proposals and closing opportunities that create value for both the customer and the company
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience with a passion for developing business and building relationships
