Join our Renewal by Andersen team! Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with competitive bonus opportunities and growth potential! A successful candidate for this position would focus primarily on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and setting appointments for our Design Consultants.

Responsibilities

Duties

:

• Set appointments via inbound & outbound calls, while tracking same day appointments, confirmations and cancellations
• Average 20-25 calls per hour
• Must be able to type at a rate of 30-45 WPM
• Provide exceptional service at all times
• Maintain a positive attitude in all internal and external communications
• Perform other tasks, as needed

Qualifications

and Skills:

• Available to work some evenings and weekend
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Call Center Experience
• Experience in achieving goals while being self-motivated
• Proven ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment, where accuracy is essential
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic

• This role is based in an Inside Sales Call Center, where you will be responsible for calling customers to schedule in-home appointments. Are you comfortable with this type of outbound/inbound call center work? Education:
