FULL JOB DESCRIPTION We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Fine Jewelry Sales Assistant to join our team. This person will provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, closing sales and processing sales transactions on the Edge POS system. You're experienced in, and have a passion for fine jewelry and being very comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent product knowledge skills, provide high level customer service, advice on style and trends. You're high energy, work well under pressure and have a professional and friendly demeanor. You possess excellent organizational skills, are comfortable multi-tasking and have a proven track record of meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

- Process cash, credit and debit card transactions accurately using the Edge POS System. - Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our store. - Assist customers with repairs, layaway's and all jewelry inquiries. - Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends and styles. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. - Merchandising, product organization, set up and pick up of merchandise daily.

Requirements

- Prior retail sales experience in fine jewelry or high end merchandise - Computer literate - Full command of English and Spanish - Experienced in Edge POS software is a plus - Ability to engage and retain customers - Good organizational and administrative skills - BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory - In down time , be available to access sales team in all areas Pay: To be discussed and commensurate with experience Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
