Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commissioned sales team
• Drive revenue growth by improving sales processes and customer experience
• Partner with ownership to build scalable systems for future expansion
• Oversee key operational functions, including inventory, delivery, and customer service
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent

Requirements

• 35 years of leadership experience in a commission-driven retail environment
• Proven success growing sales and leading high-performing teams
• Experience balancing sales leadership with operational management
• Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
• Background in furniture, appliances, automotive, or similar retail industries preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused business
