Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers warmly and professionally to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items or accessories to maximize satisfaction and sales.
• Manage merchandising displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments securely.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely.
• Supervise stock levels, assist with stocking shelves, and ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.

Requirements

• 2+ years automotive sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are desirable for growth opportunities.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent client support skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management in a grocery store or retail setting is beneficial.
• Attention to detail in cashiering, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accuracy at all times.
