Design Consultant Budget Blinds of Williamsville seeks a good natured, hardworking person to join our team. We sell and install all types of quality custom window coverings for both residential homes, as well as commercial businesses. . We are a family owned and operated business covering most of Western New York. We are America's #1 window coverings franchise with over 1,000 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are looking for a Design Consultant to assist our customers with their window treatment decisions:

• Meet with potential customers in their homes to understand their needs.
• Be knowledgeable on product offerings.
• Recommend appropriate window covering solutions.
• Measure windows accurately.
• Develop custom quotes.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and remain professional at all times.
• Build relationships with referral sources and generate sales leads. Required Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful candidate:
• 2 or more years of proven sales and or design experience
• Ability to climb a ladder and use measuring tools Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate and work with all types of personalities
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school education or equivalent What We Provide:
