Inside Sales Representative / Inside Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer required to join a market leading industrial equipment supplier. The successful Inside Sales Representative / Inside Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer will be office based in Memphis, responsible for generating leads, preparing quotes and proposals, assisting outside sales teams and advising customers on technical engineered products and solutions. Full product training provided. The Inside Sales Representative / Inside Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer will ideally have experience in administrative sales support, internal sales, or customer service. within engineering or manufacturing. You'll coordinate quotes, process orders, manage communication, and liaise with various engineering departments. Package

• Conduct outbound prospecting and set appointments for outside sales teams.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, invoices, and maintain sales activity records for compressed air products and associated equipment.
• Support sales engineers with technical data, pricing, and internal reports.
• Assist customers in selecting equipment and understanding technical specification for products such as pumps, air compressors, vacuum systems, blowers, heat exchangers, chillers, and associated.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts.

Requirements

:

• Experience in admin sales support, internal sales, project coordination, or customer service, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong technical aptitude with a solution-selling mindset within engineering or manufacturing.
• Goal-oriented with customer-focused technical consulting interest.
• Internship or leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience on products such as pumps, air compressors, vacuum systems, blowers, heat exchangers, chillers, or associated engineering products or solutions is advantageous.
• Must be commutable to Memphis daily. Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
