Now Hiring: Elite Sales & Leasing Consultants Rivard-Royall GMC | Memphis, TN Rivard-Royall GMC is building something special in Memphis and we're looking for proven automotive professionals who want more responsibility, more income, and more opportunity. We are specifically seeking salespeople with prior F &I; Manager and/or Sales Manager experience who are ready to run their own deals and be paid accordingly. Our leadership team built Rivard Buick GMC Tampa into the #2 GMC Dealership in the country , and we're executing that same playbook here with no plans to stop once we take the top spot. The Role: Full-Cycle Sales Professional This is not a hand-off sales position. Our Sales & Leasing Consultants are responsible for the entire deal from start to finish , including:

• Greeting and qualifying customers
• Vehicle presentation and demonstration
• Desk presentation and payment structuring
• Presenting and selling F&I; products (VSC, GAP, protection products, etc.)
• Completing and signing all required contracts with the customer If you've worked in F&I; or management before, this role allows you to leverage that experience daily and control your income. What We're Looking For
• Prior automotive sales experience required
• F &I; Manager or Sales Manager experience strongly preferred
• Strong closing skills and confidence presenting numbers
• Ability to explain finance and insurance products clearly and ethically
• Self-motivated professionals who want accountability and upside
