Business Development Center (BDC) Manager Lee Hyundai of Clayton Clayton, NC Lee Hyundai of Clayton is a brand-new Hyundai dealership serving the growing Clayton community, and we're seeking an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead and oversee our Sales and Service BDC operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to build, train, and manage a high-performing BDC team while helping establish a culture of customer service excellence from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Sales and Service BDC operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop BDC representatives
• Monitor and improve lead response times, appointment-setting performance, and customer follow-up processes
• Ensure all internet, phone, text, email, and chat leads are handled professionally and promptly
• Utilize CRM tools to track performance, customer interactions, and appointment activity
• Develop and implement processes that maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with sales and service management to achieve departmental goals
• Generate reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership BDC management experience required
• Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills
• Proven success managing internet leads, inbound/outbound calls, and customer follow-up programs
• Experience with CRM systems; ELeads CRM experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to adapt to and leverage the latest automotive technology and digital communication platforms What We Offer

Requirements

• Automotive dealership experience required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
