Machine Tool Sales Manager Northeast Precision Machinery, Inc. Western Pennsylvania Flexible Salary, Draw, Commission compensation package based on Experience

Overview

Northeast Precision Machinery is a leading provider of CNC Manufacturing Equipment located in Warminster, Pa. with over 32 years. (Hyundai Wia, CMZ, Niigata, EMCO & more) We are looking to hire an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 2+ years sales experience with Machine Tools Sales along with experience related to the manufacturing industry would be beneficial in order to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Finding new sales opportunities via personal visits, phone, and scheduling sales presentations.
• Support existing accounts & relationships.
• Forecast sales, develop sales strategies that will help create new opportunities.
• Evaluate customer requirements working closely with shop managers and engineers to offer the best Solutions.
• Research and follow through sales leads
• Attend sales meetings, events, and training seminars on the latest technology.
• Maintain and expand CRM database in your assigned territory.
• Support Sales Engineers in the defined Territory.
• Coordinate Service & Applications Support.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record
• Computer skills including working with CRM.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Manufacturing or Machine Shop background
• Must own vehicle with driver's license
