Now Hiring: Jewelry Sales Professional Wilmington, NC Perry's Emporium Are you passionate about people, great conversations, and beautiful jewelry? Perry's EmporiumEastern North Carolina's favorite family-owned jeweleris growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our Shallotte team! If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love building relationships, and want to help clients celebrate life's biggest moments, this is the perfect place for you.

What You'll Do

• Create exceptional customer experiences rooted in Perry's Emporium service standards.
• Engage in warm, non-business conversations and help clients feel at home the moment they walk in.
• Guide clients through our curated store tour and extensive selection of diamonds, estate jewelry, engagement rings, and designer brands.
• Ask meaningful, open-ended questions to understand each client's needs.
• Present merchandise using features, advantages, and benefits to build value.
• Assist with add-on opportunities and help clients complete their perfect purchase.
• Maintain a polished and professional showroom environment. What We're Looking For
• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Sales experience preferred (jewelry experience a plus, but not requiredwe'll train you!)
• Confidence presenting high-value items
• Self-motivation and goal-driven mindset
